Those General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions concluded by the Customer directly with the reservation department of Gardenia Boutique Hotel or on the website www.gardeniarabat.com. Any reservation implies the total acceptance, by the client of the GCS and guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provides.
Access to the online booking service is subject to the conditions below:
To begin the booking process, the Client must fill out an online form with their arrival and departure dates and the number of people involved.
The Customer must choose between the available services :
After having checked the details of the reservation (price, conditions of the reserved fare), the Customer must fill in his contact details and accept the GTC before definitively validating his reservation.
The reservation will be valid only if the Customer guarantees his reservation by providing a valid credit card number at the time of the stay. The Gardenia Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the card is refused by the electronic banking centre.
In the case of a FLEXIBLE rate: the credit card number is necessary but the card will not be debited (no payment as a guarantee).
In the case of a NON CANCELLABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE rate: the full amount will be debited on completion of the reservation, and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The Gardenia Boutique Hotel acknowledges receipt of the reservation by sending an e-mail summarizing the characteristics of the services reserved by the Customer via the Site on the e-mail address he has entered in the online registration form.
The conditions of sale of the reserved option specify the modalities of modification and/or cancellation of the reservation.
The payment on the site www.gardeniarabat.com, is made by credit card and via a secure payment system. Your account will be debited in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or in Euro €.
The Client communicates his bank details as a guarantee at the time of booking, except for special conditions or rates, by bank or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…) by indicating directly, in the area provided for this purpose, the card number (without spaces between the numbers), as well as its date of validity and the visual cryptogram.
Our site uses some of today’s most advanced internet security technologies. All stages of the booking process are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the leading technology in the field. Client information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption. The security certificate used is issued by the payment platform Maroc Télécommerce. In addition, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to avoid interference and prevent any intrusion.
The tourist tax is not included in the amount of the reservation. The Customer will have to pay it on the spot. It is charged per day and per person, even in case of a prepayment online.
The conversion into foreign currency is given for information purposes only and is not contractual. Only the currency confirmed at the time of your reservation is guaranteed (if this currency is different from the one used at Gardenia Boutique Hotel, any charges will remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer).
Rooms are available to guests from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
The Customer is informed that, by virtue of the legal and regulatory provisions, he is required to present a valid identity document on arrival, enabling the receptionist to fill in the policy form.
The Customer undertakes to use the room allocated to him/her by the establishment in a reasonable manner, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The Customer is responsible to the Gardenia Boutique Hotel for any damage caused during his stay, as well as any missing object at the end of his stay.
If the Gardenia Boutique Hotel finds any damage or any missing object due to the Customer, the Gardenia Boutique Hotel will be entitled to charge the sum corresponding to the damage caused at the check out of the customer.
Pets are not allowed at Gardenia Boutique Hotel.
In case of conduct contrary to morality or public order, the Gardenia Boutique Hotelpower will require the Customer to leave the hotel immediately, without the latter being able to claim any refund or compensation.
The Gardenia Boutique Hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the effects belonging to the Clients during their stay. Each room is equipped with a safe secured by a personal code.
In case of force majeure, or technical problems in the hotel making the Customer’s stay impossible, Gardenia Boutique Hotel will make every effort to find alternative accommodation, if possible in a hotel of the same or higher category. The hotel will pay for the cost of removal.
The present general conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law without prejudice to any protective and non-adversarial imperative provisions that may be applicable in the countries of residence of the Customers.
In the event of any dispute between the parties, the Commercial Court of Rabat in the Kingdom of Morocco shall have sole jurisdiction.
Any complaint must be sent by Email to contact@gardeniarabat.com or by registered mail A/R to K&S HOTELS – 23, Avenue Atlas Agdal, Rabat – Morocco, at the latest 7 days after the date of departure. After this deadline, no complaint will be taken into account.
